East Penn dedicates an entire week to celebrating our company’s unique culture and the special people who support it. This celebration includes banners, meals, gifts, and tributes that reflect on all that we have accomplished together.
BEST PLACES TO WORK IN PA
East Penn has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania 19 times since 2000. The awards process is managed by Best Companies Group, which surveys employers to gather data on company policies, practices, benefits and demographics, to gauge employee engagement and satisfaction. We utilize the results from the program’s survey to help strengthen our cultural assessments and focus. We also engage in employee focus group sessions to further support these initiatives.
DELIGHTFUL DISCUSSIONS
A continuation from past breakfast and lunches with our Founder DeLight, employees are randomly selected to attend this informal meeting that helps them better get to know management and encourages a productive discussion on the state of the company and future objectives.
