The award from BWP was based on certain criteria: best quality products, unparalleled customer service, prompt fill rates, customer satisfaction, and excellent marketing support. East Penn is the first company to receive the Supplier of the Year award with only one-year of service.

BWP has over 200 CARQUEST Auto Parts stores throughout New England and parts of the Mid Atlantic. The 200 plus stores are supplied and serviced by East Penn warehouses in Woonsocket, Rhode Island; Farmingdale, New York; Lyon Station, Pennsylvania; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Baltimore, Maryland. East Penn sales people visit each location biweekly to provide professional service and training.
