The promotions of Todd Ziegler and Joseph Kapp were recently announced by East Penn Manufacturing. Mr Ziegler has been promoted to the position of Assistant Manager of Sales Programs and Coordination. Mr. Kapp has been promoted to the position of Account Executive, Original Equipment Sales.

Mr. Ziegler will be responsible for the coordination of sales divisions’ program and pricing. He joined East Penn in 1990 as a Sales Trainee. Ziegler graduated from Shippensburg University acquiring a degree in Accounting. Since then he has been promoted to Feeder Sales, City Salesman, and Account Executive, Commercial Batteries.

Mr. Kapp will be responsible for sales and sales programs related to starting batteries for Original Equipment customers. In addition, he will have other responsibilities for special projects at the Corporate Office.

Mr. Kapp started in 1980 as a Route Salesman and later became a Branch Manager. In 1995 he was promoted to District Manager of Taylor Blackburn & Joy warehouse in Southbend, Indiana. He will be relocating to Fleetwood, PA.
