East Penn Manufacturing Inc, Co. recently announced the promotion of David Byrne, CPA, to the Director of Finance and Accounting.

Mr. Byrne will be responsible for the financial and accounting activities of East Penn including accounts payable, payroll, credit and collections, accounts receivable, financial statement preparation, accounting and system control, banking and insurance.

Mr. Byrne joined East Penn in 1987 as an Internal Auditor. In 1997, he was promoted to his most recent position of Corporate Controller. Mr. Byrne received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
