East Penn Manufacturing Company recently announced the promotion of Glenn V. Perrini to the position of Vice President of Sales, Automotive Batteries and Director of Sales, Cables and Diversified Product. In this new capacity Mr. Perrini will increase his involvement and management of certain national battery and Cable and Wire accounts, continue new customer development, supervise department personnel, and develop the Cable and Wire sales team.

Mr. Perrini joined East Penn in 1978. Since that time, he has held the positions of Route Salesman, District Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager (Proprietary Brands), Account Executive and, most recently, Sales Manager – Private Brand Automotive Batteries.

Mr. Perrini attended Benedictine College in Atchison, Kan. He and his wife, Nancy, reside in Reading, Pa with their two children.
