Dan Langdon, President, recently announced the expanded roles of key employees within the company’s SLI (starting, lighting, ignition) Battery Sales Division.
Peter Stanislawczyk has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Sales – Aftermarket Programs, Automotive Batteries. In this position, Mr. Stanislawczyk will oversee major accounts as well as assist in the coordination of specific branding programs.
Mr. Stanislawczyk held the position of Director of Sales, Automotive Batteries and Diversified Products handling key battery accounts and the management responsibilities for the Wire & Cable and Diversified Product division.
Mr. Stanislawczyk joined East Penn in 1992 as a Sales Trainee. He graduated from the University of Delaware acquiring a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree. Since then he has been promoted to City Salesman, Manager, Sales Programs and Coordination, and his most recent position.
Jeff Coleman has been promoted to Vice President of Sales, Original Equipment. Mr. Coleman will support multi-national customers and oversee the account executives and the sales managers in this division. He will be involved in implementing business growth strategies for the Original Equipment division.
Mr. Coleman held the position of Director of Original Equipment Sales, Automotive Batteries.
Mr. Coleman joined East Penn in 1988 as a Sales Trainee. He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania acquiring a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Marketing Management. Since then he has been promoted to Feeder and City Sales in Baltimore, Dedicated Marketing Representative, Account Executive in the Original Equipment Sales Division, and his most recent position.DATE:
John Blackburn has been promoted to Vice President Sales – Proprietary Brands and Branch Operations, Automotive Batteries. In this position he will maintain responsibility for all Branch and Subsidiary operations as well as Deka brand sales and distribution.
Mr. Blackburn was the Director of Eastern Division Branch Sales – Branded Automotive Batteries.
In 1983, Mr. Blackburn joined East Penn in sales operations at Taylor and Blackburn, a subsidiary of East Penn. He was later promoted to District Sales Manager in several regions, Regional Sales Manager, and his most recent position.
Doug Kubinak has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Private Brands, Automotive Batteries. Mr. Kubinak will oversee a team that will focus efforts on building multi-national customer accounts including program groups and branded accounts.
Mr. Kubinak was the Director of Sales, Branded Automotive Batteries.
Mr. Kubinak joined East Penn in 1985 as a Sales Trainee. He graduated from Shippensburg University acquiring a degree in Business Management. Since then he has been promoted to Feeder Sales, City Salesman, Account Executive O.E. Sales and Sales Manager – Private Brands, Automotive Batteries, and his most recent position.
